Refund & Returns Policy

At Coosra, we are committed to a transparent, professional returns experience for our global clientele.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact (unless the item is defective).

How to start a return

Contact support@coosra.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and clear instructions.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition and packaging requirements.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Coosra provides a 30-day warranty for manufacturing flaws. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Unless the product is confirmed defective by our quality control team, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
